Virtual Circle Monday | Blossoming Spirit

Welcome to Virtual Circle Monday. Each Monday I’ll post an exercise – sourcing inspiration from a variety of sources – to get your thinking about your spiritual path.

Simply blog your answer to the question below and then add a direct link to your post in the comments, and I’ll put a link to your blog on this post.

This week, we’re drawing inspiration from Isha Lerner’s Triple Goddess Tarot.

“Earth, ourselves, Breathe and awaken, leaves are stirring, all things moving, new day coming, life renewing.”

Pawnee Prayer

This week we continue to work with Isha Lerner’s Triple Goddess Tarot. The card is Blossoming Spirit and the goddess archeytype is the Virgin of Light.

Called the “visible face of God,” this “robe of light” comes to those who have become so familiar with the infinite power of love and wisdom in the universe that it has now merged with their inner being.

Blossoming Spirit (The Hierophant) comes to heal any rigid beliefs or misuses of power exhibited by the Emporer, reminding humanity of the never ceasing need for unity of body, mind, and spirit.

The power of the heart, the fourth chakra, has been activated, aligned, and utilised as the primary source of inspiration for the journey ahead.

At this stage of initiation, the essence of the divine spark becomes available to all living beings, sparking the potential for bliss within the heart of humanity.

The luminous core of all mani-festations is feminine in nature. Ultimately, the unseen face of the Goddess—sometimes detected in the imagery of sunlight filtered through the natural landscapes of the earth—is offered as “the Light of the world.”

The light of creation is born out of the spark of love embodied within the human being. Its source is the Great Mother Goddess.

Each day there is a seed of inspiration seeking fertile ground to gestate and grow. These various inspirations and ideas are ready to be fulfilled within your life.

What is ready to be fulfilled within your life?

  1. I love this card. I need to see the rest of the deck someday. I love the cool flames. they express visually the flame of life, the electricity of the Universe that is in everyone but only blossoms and grows as I nurture it and let it lose in the moment. Reminds me to spend time nurturing rather than worrying.

  2. What is ready to be fulfilled within your life?
The freedom to teach Yoga and Meditation, sing the healing bowls, and practice ThaiYogaMassage for the benefit of all. The freedom to spend time nurturing our patch of earth. All this without the need to go to work.

  3. ME! all of me!

  4. I am finally after 17 years finishing my PHd. So writing- I love writing. I work people getting out of prison after a long time in so the statement about healing rigid beliefs or misuse of power hits home. We are also doing a feasibility study for a healing centre for victims of serious crime. So the healing centre is something as well that is being fulfilled.

  5. We work with lifers and other long -term offenders, teaching them to be accountable for their behaviour and to give back to the wider world. We try to met people at their point of need. We are a peer support programme.

  6. This card re presences me to really get the concept that it is all empty and meaningless :o)

  7. I’m not one of those get up and go people like most of the rest of you. I’d just like the energy to get through each day and to work at losing weight.
